How do you clean the windows?
We clean windows using a purified water system combined with professional tools. The water goes through
a filtration process that removes minerals, so it cleans the glass and then dries completely spot-free. For
most exterior windows, we use a water-fed pole, which allows us to clean safely and thoroughly without
ladders. In some specific situations, depending on the structure of the home, we may also use traditional
tools or a ladder.
Do you use chemical products?
No, we don’t use chemicals. We clean using purified water that goes through a professional filtration
system. Because the water has no minerals, it dries spot-free on the glass without leaving streaks or
residue. It’s just water, so it’s completely safe for pets and plants.
Do I need to be home during the service?
In most cases, no, you don’t need to be home. As long as we have access to the exterior of the property
and the gate is open, we’re good. Only in specific situations, like balconies that require interior access,
would someone need to be home.
Do you use ladders or a water-fed pole?
We mainly use a water-fed pole system, which allows us to safely reach high windows without ladders. In
some special cases, depending on the structure of the home, we may also use a ladder.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured with General Liability Insurance, so our clients can feel completely comfortable
and protected when we’re on the property.
What does the window cleaning include?
We currently offer exterior window cleaning. Each service includes the exterior glass, the frames, the sills,
and the tracks of sliding doors, when applicable. Screens are available as an add-on service at five dollars
per screen.
Do you remove hard water stains or tough spots?
We can remove stains as long as they’re not permanently etched into the glass. If the stains are recent or
surface-level, they’re often removable. We don’t offer a dedicated glass restoration service for long-term
hard water damage.
